Wardens of the Worlds: The Circle of Valstan
11/2020 - My first manuscript is finished! It has been an amazing journey! Now the work toward publishing begins.
01/2021 - We received the manuscript back from the proofreader who helps us make sure the manuscript is ready for publishing. One step closer to a book!
03/2021 - I found an digital artist for the book. They’re wizards! They will take my Word document and turn it into an actual book. I can’t wait!
04/2021 - We have gone over 15 cover drafts with the artist. 15! I am happy to say we have settled on a cover! It is so cool, I can’t wait to share with you! It will be finalized in a few weeks. Stay tuned!
07/2021 - I am a published author! After years of hard work, I have finally achieved my dream of publishing a book. Look for it on Amazon or click the link below.

Hailing from the suburbs north of Chicago, I studied Finance at Southern Illinois University at Carbondale, the place where I met my wife, Kristin. I have been married to her for twenty-nine years and we have eight daughters together. Yes, you read it right, no sons.
Years ago, I began writing for my fantasy-loving daughters. My storytelling voice, sprouting from the same garden as Tolkien, Lewis, and Flanagan, flowered in its own unique way. Today, I tell a tale for a world of readers who love the same things my girls do: epic storylines, intriguing characters, and twisting plotlines.
My young adult fantasy series, Wardens of the Worlds, will be comprised of three novels. Read on to find out more and read an excerpt from the first chapter of the Circle of Valstan.
